In the 1800’s people worked 12 hour days, every day(including weekends). The first Labor Day was a march in which laborers took an unpaid day to march to Union Square in New York City. Times are better, and although our current jobs can require much of us, we have a day in early September to take a break. So take it! Enjoy your friends and family and enjoy the weekend!
Here are some Labor Day Party ideas to get you started:

There are other fun barbecue games on this site, as well.
Be sure to create those memorable moments in your party that will encourage people to participate, talk and take pictures of the memories!
It goes without saying, but we are here to help if you need an entertainer to add to your party. It can still be warm in Dallas-Fort Worth, so glitter tattoos or balloon twisting can be a great addition to your party! We have patriotic designs to accommodate the holiday and many other choices, as well!
Have a safe and happy Labor Day 2016!
