Well, friends, it tax-free weekend this week in Dallas-Fort Worth. The first day of school is just around the corner, and summer is fading away! Kids are getting letters with their schedules and dreading impending homework. Moms are navigating commuting schedules with school start times and hoping for a break. Back-to-school stress is common young children, tweens and teens each year.
Our best advice? THROW A PARTY WHILE YOU CAN! A lot of the children we encounter enjoy spending party time listening to music or singing karaoke with friends. Face painting or balloons can create fun photos and lasting memories as the summer comes to a close and airbrush or gllitter tattoos are a hit with kids AND adults!
Whatever you do, be sure to enjoy your children these last few days of summer. It's cliche, but they grow up quickly!
